S.cingulata Black Paarung?

Hey!

Ich möchte dieses Thema welches im alten forum schon angeschnitten habe nochmal aufrollen.
Könnte es sich bei folgenden Bildern um eine Paarung handeln.Ich gehe zumindest davon aus.
Steven: Du hast die ja schon verpaart !? Konntest du ähnliches dabei beobachten?

Das Ganze fand am 27 Nov. 2006 statt.Ein Tier hat sich scheinbar komplett zurückgezogen(möglicherweise Gelegevorbereitung) da im Moment nur eines der Beiden im Becken aktiv unterwegs ist.

Hey Jûrgen,
first sorry, for the very late respond :wink:

when 2 scolopendrids get their ultimate legs together and hold eachother in this way,... it's indeed a good sign,... but not always does the actual spermtransfer happens when they are holding themselves.

Got any updates on the specimen ?

I had plings of this cingulata colorform,.. but after getting adolescent,... they all have died,... probarly due to too high humidity
(next time i'm gonna keep them very dry)
